Capital City R/C Center’s General Rules
“Please Read, Understand, and apply all the rules before using this Facility”
The following Rules Include but not limited to:
· Please respect yourself, this facility, staff members, and other participants. Please refrain from using foul language at all times.
. Each particpants at Capital City R/C Center, at each and every practice session or race, shall obide by all these rules and proceedures... We require each participant to sign-in upon arrival to sign-off on these rules and all participants waive Capital City R/C Center from any liability, including but not limited to any injury, vehicle or equipment theft, etc... Failure to do so does not waive your understanding and acceptance of these rules.... Every participant is notified of all these rules and conditions posted on our web site, and each participant is responsible to take the time to read and understand all these rules before the use of this facility....
. Pit Towels Mandatory for each participant... Each participant shall occupy maximum of 3ft of pit space....
. Hard Cased Lipo's, Nimh, Nicad's, Soft Cased Lipo's in Crawlers is OK.
. Participants shall do their part to help with electricity conservation by limiting the use of irons, power supplies... etc., racers should unplug any equipment after use.... Participants shall be held fully responsible for any damages inquired by the use of any of their equipment including but not limited to fires, sparks, etc.... that might lead to damages to facility, other racer equipment, etc....
. No one allowed to wash tires, etc. in restroom....
. No one is allowed to take it upon themselves to fix, modify, tamper, repair, alter anything in the facility or around the facility premise.... Please notify management of any hazards etc. and we will address it with the utmost ergency.... thank you.....
. Each participant shall inspect the track before running for any hazards, water puddles, etc.... and waives Capital City R/C Cetner from any damages that might result to their vehicles...
. All participants must have shoes on at all times, no sandles, flip-flops, etc. allowed at any time...
· Zero tolerance for fighting. Violators will be asked to leave and possibly banned from any future use of this facility.
· No Smoking.
· No alcohol is allowed inside or outside facility.
· This is a ZERO tolerance drug free facility. It is against the law to have possession of any illegal substances or firearms. The Local Enforcement Department will be immediately notified. Violators will be asked to leave the facility, and may be banned from any future use.
· Please use track entrances only. Do not sit, lean against, jump over, or stand on track perimeter.
· Please use caution when crossing the track at your own risk. You shall first verbally announce to everyone on the Race Stand that’s operating a car that you are on the track, and state your physical location. Each individual crossing the track is responsible for their own actions / risks and releases Capital City R/C Center from any liability that might result from any personal injury. Also, all drivers are fully responsible for any personal or property damage that is self-inflicted or inflicted onto others and releases Capital City R/C Center from any liability.
· Each participant is encouraged to obtain individual insurance policy’s specific to R/C associations / memberships.
· Please use your best judgment at all times to maintain safety. Any questions or concerns should be directed to staff immediately.
· Please notify staff of any problems, hazards, etc., immediately. Do not attempt to remedy the problem yourself.
· To prevent personal injury or track damage, please do not jump over or step on any track formations, and lane piping.
· No climbing on or jumping off Race Stand, please use entrance provided only.
· Parents please do not leave your child unattended at any time. An adult must accompany children at all times. Children are not allowed to cross the track, or be on the track without a parent at any time.
· No running allowed in the facility.
· No defacing or real property; writing, marking, hanging, abusing, drilling, cutting, etc. of real property of this facility. Violators may be asked to leave the facility and may be banned from any future use. Violators will be fully responsible.
· Spectators are advised at their own risk to stand back and away from track perimeter. Keep hands clear and away, do not attempt to reach over track perimeter and pay close attention to approaching cars.
· Absolutely no intentional jumping of cars off the track, intentional hacking, etc., drivers will be fully responsible for any personal and property damage. Violators may be asked to leave and banned from using this facility.
· No sales are to be solicited or conducted in Pit Area of any kind. Violators may be asked to leave and may be banned from the use of this facility.
· ALL RADIOS OFF IN PIT AREA.
· Check availability of frequency before turning on radios.
· Make sure to have your frequency clips visible before entering Race Stand and returning clips immediately after use.
· Please do not occupy more than one pit space. Pit Space is defined as “Marked Space above and below table.”
· Please keep your pit space clean, and be sure to clean after yourself before leaving.
· Please do not throw trash on ground, use trash cans, and keep your feet and hands off all walls.
· Do not clean tires on work benches, floors, etc., please use trash can marked “Dirt Only.” Do not wash tires in bathrooms.
· Do not operate cars on floors or carpet area, only allowed on track.
· Do not drop solder on floor, or use floor as a work surface.
· Please use a towel or carpet mat for a work surface.
· To reduce the risk of overloading Circuit Breakers, please share soldering irons, power supplies, fans, etc., and limit the amount of components plugged in at one time.
· All truck / buggy bodies must be painted. Only 1/10th Nitro powered R/C’s allowed, each must have throttle return spring.
· No driving backwards on track. No one is allowed behind store counters except for Staff.
· No one is allowed to modify, change, or improve the track. No stereos, radios, compressors, TV are allowed in facility.
· If you have any suggestions or comments, please write them down and place them in the “Suggestion Box” located at the front counter.
· Capital City R/C Center is not responsible for any theft, lost, or stolen items, please keep a close watch on your belongings.
· Remember, enjoy yourselves, have FUN, and be competitive. We are dedicated to operating a safe, friendly, and clean facility. Management reserves the right to modify and enforce new rules at any time.
* No Powered Comprssers allowed in Pit Area of any type.
* Absolutely no Nitro Startup allowed in Pit Area, Nitro Startup allowed in Nitro Pit Area next to Rear Roll-Up Door.
* Absolutely no one allowed to switch breaker on/off, tamper with fire alarms, open any facility doors, etc.
